I’m still in Wikicities mode, so what I see is a frontier-like vision with plenty of space for development and innovation.

Outreach, outreach, outreach. There are so many new sites being created on almost a daily basis, how are these sites going to get people to become involved? Also, cross-wikia links need more encouragement.
